About Shipping Methods and Fees
If you wish your order to be shipped by EMS (about 1 week for delivery) with an additional fee, please let me know and we will quote and inform you the shipping cost accordingly.
EMS (発送から到着までおよそ一週間前後）での発送をご希望の方はお知らせください。別途送料をがかかりますので計算しお知らせいたします。
Notes on International Shipping
We do not collect any taxes that are associated with international purchases. You are resposible, however, for import and / or other taxes that may charged by the customs of your own country.
当店では消費税をいただいておりませんが、国際郵便ではお届けの際に関税や消費税がかかる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
Return & Exchange
We do not accept any returns for any other reasons including placing wrong orders by mistake or not satisfied for the item being different from what you imagined. For this reason, we strongly recommend you to be careful when you place and confirm your order.
We do not accept returns of purchased items for exchange or refund unless they are incorrect or damaged upon arrival. The claim must be sent to us within 3 days after the delivery. In a such case, we will cover the shipping cost for returning.
返品/返金、または交換については、ご注文内容とお届け商品に相違があった場合、お届けの時点で破損があった場合にのみお受けします。
その場合の送料はこちらで負担いたします。商品到着から3日以内にお知らせください。ご注文の手違いやイメージ違いなどによる返品、交換はお受けできませんので、ご注文内容を確実にご確認いただいた上でご注文手続をお願いします。
